A little dessert from the Spyderco  Amsterdam Meet 2018! Just before the meet started,  I had the opportunity to take a few close-up videos of some of the knives I had photographed for my other posts. I figure these clips will offer a better impression of the knives’ sizes and how they fit the hand. The labels with numbers on the blades help attendees give feedback on these designs, on special cards that were collected at the end of the meet.

Finished Posting New Spyderco Prototypes……?

With the post of the new SpydieChef, I have finished posting all the new Spyderco designs from the 2016 Amsterdam Meet. However, we did have this thing running as well….

I got some videos taken straight from the meet, which I hope to share ASAP!

Spyderco 2014 Prototype Video – Serge Panchenko Dog Tag Folder

One of the prototypes Spyderco showed this year at the IWA show in Germany, was the Dog Tag Folder designed by Serge Panchenko. Eric Glesser gives a quick overview of this new upcoming folder.

There might have been a little mistake in this video, I overheard Eric explaining elsewhere during the show that the blade is stonewashed and not coated. This is still a production prototype, when the knife is ready for shipping, I’m sure the exact specifications will be published on www.spyderco.com.

I have no information on the pricing or (planned) availability of this knife.
