The Tighe Stick is design collaboration with Canadian custom maker Brian Tighe. It’s is also one of those designs that had been on the back burner for quite some time. I remember seeing the concept model back in 2005. Apparently it was tough to find the right maker that could build the knife with the consistent quality it needed. This production prototype of the Tighe Stick certainly looked and handled very impressive. If I carried a Mamba for EDC, then I’d probably want to clip on the Tighe stick for those suit & tie occasions. Even though I prefer smaller and simpler knives for EDC, I’m sure I’ll try to get a Tighe Stick ‘just because’ ;-).
