Spyderco 2015 Production Prototype – Vox/Anso Pingo – Polished Ti

The polished titanium Pingo apparently came about due to forum feedback for a more high-end version of the regular production version. The titanium makes the Pingo significantly heavier, by comparison. But is sure is a nicely finished piece. The edges of the handle are all chamfered to an almost mirror finish. The little plastic piece you see under the clip is used to prevent scratches on the titanium, for those of us who’d like to switch the clip for left-handed carry. The graphic is a nice touch, and I’m curious how durable it is during EDC. And by the way, this Pingo comes with an Elmax blade!
